Job Description

Primary Function
To create, develop and grow Zutis engineering services in product development, production development and product information to enterprises in Automotive, Off-highway, Energy and General Engineering industry sectors.
External: prospect new customers; effectively manage customer relationship; identify customer needs and translate into business opportunities; mine existing accounts to upsell/cross sell in and across companies divisions.
Internal: business development and sales; marketing; project liaison


Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

Competencies / Skills
Should have solid experience in complete sales and business development activities i.e., Prospecting, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Closure, Account Mining etc.
Should be a very good listener and have good communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about engineering/ technology and desire to participate/facilitate in solving customer problems and requirements.
Should effectively communicate customer technical requirements to Zutis internal project teams.
Have a long-term perspective about career and build a strong foundation to grow business by taking up new initiative.
Ability to generating leads, create and manage sales funnel activities
Ability to get things done quickly and effectively and have high desire to sell and achieve sales targets.
Cross sell and Upsell in existing customer base
Collaborate with internal technical and program teams to provide market feedback and enhance service offerings.
Monitoring closure and analyzing lost sales cases, and keep abreast with competition in the market.
Team skills: Collaborate and communicate constructively with other team members internally to achieve desired outcomes/results
Personal attributes: Motivated, energetic, and passionate about the job.
Should be willing to travel
Have an overall 12 to 16 years of experience in business development of technology/engineering services or highly engineered products.
Have experience in developing product specification to customer requirements high level of customer empathy

BE/ BTech in core engineering disciplines i.e. automotive, mechanical, industrial, (or related disciplines)
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

Between 35 to 42 years


UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Automobile, Aviation, Mechanical
